Mandala style yoga

As a vinyasa lover, mandala as a style of yoga explored through vinyasa is a wonderful way to bring freedom, playfulness and expression to your practice.

Mandala means 'circle' in Sanskrit. This collection features 4 classes to channel this on the mat, using creative sequencing and transitions to balance the right and left sides of the body whilst moving 360 degrees around the mat.  

If you've never experienced a Mandala flow, I invite you to embrace the flow without judgement or preconceptions.  Trust your body!
