A yoga teacher in London with nearly 400hrs training, I  specialises in dynamic vinyasa. I first found yoga to gain flexibility and develop mindfulness in a hectic city lifestyle.  Out of my practice grew a love of dynamic vinyasa flow, which is reflected in my teaching.  Alongside a strong asana practice dedicated to building strength and flexibility, my classes also encourage focus, effort and presence on the mat.


I'm trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Yin and Children's yoga and also teach a variety of styles for power, restorative and mindfulness classes.

You can find me every week at Digme Fitness based at the Covent Garden, Bank and Moorgate studios. At LevelSIX yoga studio in Peckham and online with my own classes.


Off the yoga mat, I'm a foodie with a big passion for travel. I'm most happy with sand between my toes and wind in my hair!
