Backbends through strength and stretch

Backbends are an integral part of your practice to increase shoulder mobility, broaden your heart space and strengthen the posterior chain. All these can lead to improved posture as well as reducing back, neck and shoulder pain. 

Two 60 minute Power practices based at Level 1-2 ability so explore with care and challenge yourself. Two 30 minute Flow classes to ease into heart space and depth.
