THE MANDALA COLLECTION
As a vinyasa lover, mandala as a style of yoga explored through vinyasa is a wonderful way to bring freedom, playfulness and expression to your practice.
Mandala means 'circle' in Sanskrit. We channel this on our mat within an asana practice by using creative sequencing and transitions to balance the right and left sides of the body through moving 360 degrees around the mat. If you've never experienced a Mandala flow, I invite you to embrace the flow without judgement or preconceptions. Trust your body!
