THE BIRDS COLLECTION

Yoga and the asanas (poses) have a great affiliation with the animal world. In this collection, we focus on four asanas each with a bird connection and name to target balance, shoulder strength and opening the hips.

Four classes featuring Eagle (Garudasana), Crow (Kakasana, most commonly referred to as Bakasana), Pigeon (Kapotasana) and Birds of Paradise (Svarga Dvidasanas) across Flow, Power and Yin style classes.
