Welcome to this series of classes to help you on your journey to Hanumanasana, Splits pose. 

A pose many want to achieve,  but more than just being able to 'do' the splits, working towards hanumanasana stretches the front and back of the legs and hips, which can reduce back pain, realign your pelvis posture and aid in preventing injury during other activities. 

Blocks if you have them, or a home alternative will be useful for this Collection.
