Mixing creative flows with yoga conditioning, my classes aim to build your practice, keep it interesting and encourage presence on your mat!

Every month our focus or intension will change and will be the string that ties all of that months classes together. Helping to create a path for your yoga journey and allow you to explore different elements of the practice.

I also find great balance in practicing yin and include a Flow to Yin or Yin class in the membership each month. It's important to enjoy some slow, still practices alongside vinyasa. These can be great for diving deep into your flexibility and de-stressing your mind.

 

Every class included in the membership will be open to all levels, whether you're brand new to yoga or have a regular practice already. Some might be a little more challenging than others, but I always try to include regressions and options where needed to keep the classes inclusive.

I hope the Calm Strength Collective will be a space and a community that enables you nurture your practice and nourish yourself.

Calm Strength Collective classes are pre-recorded videos. One will be added to the Collective every week with extra classes added whenever possible. Each month a new intension or focus will be introduced.

Your teacher. Katie is a qualified yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot and Children's yoga. She has been teaching for five years and specialises in Vinyasa. Read more about Katie here!

Calm Strength Collective is for anyone who wants to build strength in their practice. Enjoys creative sequences and keeping their practice fun. It's for those looking to switch off the outside world and dive a little deeper into themselves and the practice. Vinyasa experience is advised, but not necessary.

You can access the collective anytime you want, from anywhere you are. All classes added will continue to be available for you to catch up on or enjoy again and again!

Classes will be open to all levels offering a challenge to those who are near the start of their yoga journey and an interesting way to move for those confident in their practice. Encouraging all participants to move to the best of their abilities.

It is a rolling subscription of £14.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew every month at the same time. You may cancel your membership anytime. If you cancel during the same month you pay for, no refunds are given. Once cancelled, you access will stop on the day your payment would have been due.

By signing up to the Calm Strength Collective you understand the following;

- If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

- Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga.

- If you are pregnant, you participate fully at your own risk and that of your unborn child/children.

- Accept that Katie is not liable for any injury or damages to person or property resulting from the taking of a class.
